  1. Use numbers when describing the reach and depth of your work load – just how many students and families were you in contact with throughout the year? How many teachers supply orders through you?
  2. Did you introduce new field trip forms or improve upon an outdated snow day list? The accomplishment was, in fact that you Resolved an ongoing problem!
  3. The student council had a food drive with a pizza party incentive for the winning homeroom – you took the Initiative and created a spreadsheet listing all the homerooms and updated it daily to track the outcome!
  4. Did you team up with the middle school secretary to create the District Staff Directory? That was an awesome example of how you Partnered with another secretary to accomplish a district wide initiative.
