Create a quick Google site to be the “message from your principal” hub.

By keeping all the messages in one place, make it easy for parents or staff to find and refer to earlier messages.

With the right sharing permissions, any site that is created can be accessed by anyone on the web, or  with the  link. If the information is for staff only, you can share it with specific people.
