It happens to all of us. We begin a new position, or receive a task where we have to go into files created by somebody to update it. If you are one of the few fortunate ones that have not encountered this yet, you may think I am being dramatic. However, if you were ever tasked with updating the new student welcome letter, or (gasp) the Faculty Handbook – you know what I am talking about.
